1.       Describe the role that racism, political and social determinants of health played and play today in poorer health outcomes and health disparities regardless of the specialty

2.       Describe and explain at least six of the best practices to improve racial justice and health equity in healthcare and in their practice

3.       Communicate and describe the SMHCS diversity plan and committee structure
