Mt. Carmel Resource Center is developing a re-entry program for Manatee County Returning Citizens. This event will host several small business and organizations that will be providing classes and trainings for returning citizens: financial planning, relationship building, parenting, and learning to prepare your meals. They will also be giving away food/gift cards and offering Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
