Join the MHI for our Lifestyle Coaching Program to support one another as we develop healthier habits that ensure your wellness now and in the years to come! In this program, people will learn the best eating and exercise practices to prevent Type 2 Diabetes and other health conditions. Over the course of one year, participants work with certified coaches and each other to apply this knowledge and develop healthier habits in their day-to-day lives.
